Activision cooperating with federal insider trading probes – filing

Activision Blizzard is cooperating with federal investigations into buying and selling by associates of its chief government shortly earlier than the gaming firm disclosed its sale to Microsoft Corp, it stated in a securities submitting on Friday.

It obtained requests for data from the U.S. Securities and Trade Fee and obtained a subpoena from a Division of Justice grand jury, the maker of “Name of Obligation” stated in an amended proxy submitting.
