Police arrest suspected kidnappers in Osun

The Osun Police Command on Tuesday stated it arrested two suspected kidnappers in Ile-Ife, after a gun duel.

SP Yemisi Opalola, the command’s spokesperson, made this identified in a press release, including that the suspects had been arrested after kidnapping a person at a Fulani settlement in Ile-Ife.

“The Osun Police Command, in its battle to not make the state a secure haven for prison components to hibernate, has arrested two suspected kidnappers.

“The very fact of the case is that, on Sunday, at about 11.30am, a complainant made a report at ‘C’ Division, Aganhun, Ile-Ife, that some suspected kidnappers got here to Fulani settlement, Erefe Space, Ondo Highway, Ile-Ife, at about 12.15am and kidnapped one Muhammed Gembu.
